Alpha Institute for AI Governance brings together research, standards, education, councils, and events for directors, executives, and institutional leaders accountable for AI oversight at scale.
Institute Brief
The Institute is organized around the decisions leaders actually need to make: understand the signal, apply a standard, build internal capability, compare judgment with peers, and convene around the next governance question.

AI governance has moved from episodic review to continuous oversight. Boards and management teams now need current intelligence, defensible frameworks, and peer-tested judgment as AI systems and agents enter production-scale use.
Alpha Institute exists to turn Alpha's governance intelligence into institutional practice. It gives leaders a durable platform for standards, research, education, council membership, and convening around the decisions that define AI oversight.
Alpha is an independent AI governance ratings and intelligence firm focused on continuous governance at institutional scale.
Institute Outputs
The Institute is the umbrella for Research, Standards, Education, Councils, and Events.
Councils
Alpha Council is the flagship council of Alpha Institute: an invitation-only forum for directors and senior executives accountable for AI oversight.
The Institute also supports public programs where AI governance and enterprise performance converge, including the Agentic Growth Council under the Alpha umbrella. Additional working rooms remain curated through the Institute and are surfaced only when appropriate for their participants.
Each council is designed for serious peer exchange, governance intelligence, and boardroom-grade application, not general networking.
Featured Members
A selected view of directors, operators, and institutional leaders connected to Alpha Council. The public roster is intentionally partial; the working room remains curated.
Convening
Events are a major expression of the Institute's work. Through summits, board forums, briefings, roundtables, and leadership convenings, the Institute creates settings where timely intelligence becomes candid institutional dialogue.
Some events are public-facing and designed to widen the field's understanding of AI governance. Others are invitation-only and built for directors, executives, and institutional stakeholders working through sensitive oversight questions.
